Clinic Operations Manager, FT
Under the guidance of the Clinic Director, the Clinic Operations Manager will develop and maintain relationships with area business and industry leaders, and work in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer, and other regional stakeholders to develop programs and services to meet their needs. Working with the Clinic Director, Clinic Medical Director, and Chief Financial Officer, the Specialty Clinics and Business Development/Physician Recruitment Manager is responsible for oversight of the specialty clinics and their successful daily operations. In addition, the Manager will serve as a resource to the Clinic Director in various areas such as strategic planning, process improvement, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and budgeting.
As a leader within Samaritan Clinics, the Manager will foster a Mission and Values-directed culture and assist the Clinic Director in developing individuals, teams, and programming that advance the organization's value proposition of high value patient and family centered care and services. The Manager will be an active part of the community to develop community partnerships that will advance the Mission and Vision of Samaritan Healthcare.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Previous management experience required. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Management, or equivalent education, or dedication to obtain such degree within 3 years. Experience with or strong desire to learn practice management for a physician, multi-physician clinic, or equivalent preferred. Identifiable management experience to include planning, financial accountability, employee relations, and quality improvement activities. Experience supervising and directing a team to obtain results. Must possess logical thinking skills and be able to anticipate and implement changes in computer software/programs while evaluating potential impact to the current system. Basic Life Support Heartsaver (HS) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.
