Samaritan Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging seeks Rad Tech I or CT

As a Rad Tech, Rad Tech CT you will work closely with Diagnostic Imaging team and other departments in order to provide complete patient care.

Tech I-This position is responsible for performing radiological exams in a safe and prudent manner for the specific purpose of producing a diagnostic exam of the highest quality while creating a quality environment for the customer. Performs a full range of diagnostic radiography.
Tech-CT-This position is responsible for performing radiological exams in a safe and prudent manner for the specific purpose of producing a diagnostic exam of the highest quality while creating a quality environment for the customer. Performs a full range of diagnostic radiography as required for Rad Tech I and in addition performs CT examinations and associated work as a registered technologist in CT.

You may qualify for this position with the following credentialing and experience:

Rad Tech I:

  1. Equivalent to standard as described under WAC 246-926-110 RCW 18.84 from the State of Washington Department of Health.
  2. Registered – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R) required.
  3. Valid Washington State
  4. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.

Rad Tech CT:

  1. Equivalent to standard as described under WAC 246-926-110 RCW 18.84 from the State of Washington Department of Health.
  2. Registered – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, RT(R) (CT) required.
  3. Valid Washington State license. Completes Samaritan appropriate CT modality orientation.
  4. Minimum of two (2) years experience in hospital setting preferred.
  5. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) level to be completed within six (6) months of hire.
