Reception Manager, Samaritan Clinic Administration, Full Time
This position is responsible for managing, coordinating, and performing the day-to-day operations and workflow of clinic registration functions. In this role, the Clinic Receptionist Manager will assist the Executive Director of Clinics with the oversight and implementation of clinic operational planning, budgets, workflow processes, and internal controls. The Clinic Receptionist Manager is responsible for selection, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Works closely with Senior Leadership, Directors, Managers and Supervisors to provide service and operational excellence.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree required, BA degree in business or healthcare administration preferred or combination of education/experience. Five (5) years’ experience and working knowledge of the Receptionist field. Two (2) years management and supervisory experience highly preferred. Knowledge of RHC (Rural Healthcare Clinic) regulations preferred. Knowledge and experience with medical terminology, admission procedures, governmental regulations; both state and national, managed care and associated insurance required. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word required. Knowledge and experience with HR systems, Epic preferred. Basic Life Support Heartsaver (HS) level to be completed within three (3) months of hire.
