Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for protecting all property of Samaritan Healthcare and all employees and other persons on said property, within confines and limitations normal to a healthcare facility. Must be on a continuous patrol of grounds and buildings, and maintain a keen sense of awareness, at all times, to detect suspicious persons, malfunctioning equipment, safety or fire hazards, cluttered areas, unauthorized vehicles, etc.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED. Three (3) years of civil law enforcement experience preferred. Previous industrial security and/or law enforcement training. Basic Life Support Heartsaver (HS) level to be completed within six (6) months of hire.
